Material Handler - TEMP

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). This is a temporary material handler position (Material Handler
2) that will support warehouse operations across receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control.

Shifts:

M-F 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am.

• Complete all warehousing activities, including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control, in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
• Unload, load, put away, and retrieve material using hand trucks, powered forklifts, or other material‑handling equipment.
• Obtain or maintain certification on at least one type of material‑handling equipment.
• Perform and record transactions in ERP/WMS systems (receipts, shipments, cycle counts, etc.).
• Lookup material status/location in ERP/WMS systems.
• Use Outlook to send internal partner emails.
• Enter basic data in Excel or other programs.
• Conduct a 7‑point inspection on tractor trailers prior to unloading/loading materials.
• Inspect inbound materials for damage and verify material information (part number, lot number, expiration date, quantity) against vendor paperwork and purchase orders.
• Review raw material specifications for instructions prior to receiving/labeling materials.
• Prepare pick lists for manufacturing and/or planning requests.
• Pick, stage, and transact bulk and non‑bulk materials.
• Identify opportunities to drive operational improvements and submit suggestions to supervisory staff.

• Stand up to 8 hours per day.
• Read numbers with high accuracy.
• Read, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent dependability (attendance) is required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work quickly without process errors.

0–5%.

• Typically requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
• High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

$15.28 – $22.88 per hour.
