** Manufacturing Operations Analyst** (
** Mid-level or Senior**) to join the Business Integration Office in
** Mesa, Arizona.
** As a Front Door Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.

* Position Responsibilities:

**** Level 3:
*** Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
* Analyzes and interprets data.
* Provides feedback on assessment results.
* Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
* Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
* Works under general direction.
** Level 4**:
* Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
* Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
* Analyzes and interprets data.
* Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
* Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
* Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
* Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
*** Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
* Detail orientated with high attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (excel, power point)
** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
*** Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach.
* Experience working within aerospace manufacturing or defense program environments.
* Familiarity with Fabrication operations and statement of work onboarding processes.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
