Shipping Associate

About the role

We are seeking Shipping Associates to assist in all warehouse and shipping activities within the Manufacturing Operations department of iS Clinical. The role will be on-site at our Mesa, AZ facility.

• Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Safety Procedures
• Assists Packing and Shipping departments.
• Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments.
• Compiles Packing and Shipping documents.
• Assists with coordinating shipments.
• Prioritizes task to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Uses UPS World Ship.
• Assist with Packing and Shipping.
• And other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager and/or Plant Manager.

• Prior experience in a Shipping role.
• UPS Worldship Experience Required.
• Amazon Ship and Amazon Vendor Central Experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move 450 lbs with equipment.
• Strong computer skills with experience verifying and maintaining records of outgoing shipments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
