• Perform area housekeeping including tasks such as shoveling, using fire hose, skid steer, and digging.
• Support crushing belt using hand shovel to move dirt/debris back to the belts for crushing production.
• Perform daily pre- and post‑inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and regular service on crushing and screening equipment daily as directed by supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Work Monday – Friday, with overtime available, 12‑hour shifts.
• Receive on‑job training for advanced roles and mine career opportunities.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a laborer in a crushing and screening plant environment.
• Willingness to work outside in a variety of conditions.
• Dependable and punctual.
• High level of safety consciousness and clear understanding of production & equipment safety.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
