We are seeking a dependable and experienced Production Lead to support plant operations and drive consistent production performance.
Responsibilities- Partner with plant management to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Oversee throughput of parts from fabrication through cleaning, sandblast, and powder coat.
- Monitor production at the part level to ensure components move through the plant accurately and on time.
- Help identify and address bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure parts are properly staged ahead of production needs.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness across work areas.
- Support team accountability and productivity.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production operations and workflow.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting with changing priorities.
- Self‑motivated and responsive to production metrics.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Must be 18 or over.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior leadership experience required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

- Full‑time, 8‑hour day shift, Monday through Friday.
- On‑site at our Chandler, AZ facility.
