At HPAG, we don't repair damaged vehicles – we manufacture premium off‑road truck parts from raw material to finished product, entirely in‑house, right here in Arizona. We're growing fast and need skilled hands who know the difference between a good grind and a great one.

This is a production fabrication role, not a body shop. You'll be working on new metal every day – prepping, finishing, and quality‑checking components that go on trucks across the country.

• Surface grinding and DA finishing to exact quality standards
• Removing weld berries and performing minor weld repairs
• Ensuring tight fitment on small part components
• Owning your station – hitting production targets and quality benchmarks every shift

• Hands‑on experience in auto body, metal fabrication, or a related metal trade
• Comfortable running angle grinders, dual‑action sanders, chisels, and needle scalers
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work
• Self‑motivated – you don't need someone standing over your shoulder
• Ability to work at pace and adapt as priorities shift
• 18+ with a high school diploma or GED

• $18/hr to start | Weekly pay
• Full benefits package
• Two shifts available:
  1st
  
  Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (starts with a few weeks on 1st shift for training)
