CNC Laser & Press Brake Programmer
Key Responsibilities- Daily tasks of importing 3D models into Tru Tops Boost for laser cutting and programming press brake bending programs.
- Open 3D models within Solid Works and add manufacturing features to parts to aid the forming process.
- Assist in quality‑control inspections of the programmed parts.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Self‑motivated, assertive, and responsive to production metrics.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts the success of the team above own interests.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Computer literate and able to use normal MS Office tools.
- Familiar with 3D modeling software (Solid Works).
- Must pass background check and drug test (drug‑free workplace).
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience with laser and press‑brake software.
- CNC press‑brake operator experience a plus.
- CNC laser cutting operator experience a plus.
Salary: $26 - $28 per hour. Hours are 7:00 to 4:00 pm weekdays with minimum after‑hours requirements. Benefits are available after a 60‑day probation period. This is a full‑time, on‑site position at our main facility in Chandler, Arizona.
