As a Production Team Member, you play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of automated manufacturing equipment used in the production of airbag inflators. This position is responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to standardized processes.
Position Starts at $18.00 per hour! $1.50 Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift available!
SHIFTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:- 3rd shift:
Monday - Friday 9:30pm to 6:00am (8‑hour schedule) - C shift:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, e/o Wednesday 5:30am to 6:00pm (12‑hour schedule) - A shift:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, e/o Wednesday 5:30am to 6:00pm (12‑hour schedule)
30 Minute lunch & two additional breaks included!
Key Responsibilities- Operate automated manufacturing equipment to fabricate and assemble products in a team‑based environment
- Read, interpret, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Specifications (PS)
- Set up and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality standards
- Safely handle hazardous and non‑hazardous materials generated during production
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on department needs
- Basic math and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work with small, detailed components
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus
