Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled, 160,000+sq. ft. facility.

The Powder Coater is responsible for the complete main powder coating process.

• Movement of sandblasted parts into the paint booth.
• Removal of any debris from parts with an air hose.
• Coating parts using approved procedures per specifications.
• Ensuring strict quality standards are met.
• Maintaining/cleaning of equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
• Self‑motivated and respond timely to production requirements
• Must be detail oriented.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must have 2-5 years powder coating experience

Pay rate: $20.00-$24.00 DOE
