Summary
Manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled efficiently, meeting customer quality, expectations and on‑time delivery specifications.
Responsibilities- Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing products
- Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
- Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, works with leadership on training and process improvements
- Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leaders
- Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
- Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
- Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
- Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
- Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Works on problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Builds stable working relationships internally and applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- 0‑3+ years of electronics experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Effective multitasking skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities as required
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates high attention to detail
- Ability to work with diverse groups
- Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism

- Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools
- Strong customer service and client focus
- Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and Web Ex conferencing software
- 2‑year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
- Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
