Shipping & Receiving / Hazmat Logistics Clerk — 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, $19.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (day shift — your nights and weekends are yours)
Pay: $19.50/hr

We're hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Clerk for a stable day-shift role at an established manufacturer. You'll own shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy — including hazardous materials — in a compliance-driven environment. If you know hazmat shipping and like steady, predictable hours, this is a long-term fit.
What you'll do- Package, label, and mark shipments per SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation
- Schedule and coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous shipments
- Palletize, wrap, and accurately mark outgoing freight
- Maintain inventory accuracy in our ERP system and run cycle counts
- Prepare invoices and send electronic customer notifications
- Unload trucks, receive and verify incoming materials, and enter receiving data
- Stage product for inspection and manage raw material deliveries
- Safely move hazardous materials to designated areas
- Keep a clean, safe work area and support team goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (3+ years of strong related experience also considered)
- Hazardous materials handling experience required
- DOT/ICAO certification required
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort following compliance regulations
Because this role is at an ATF-regulated facility, all candidates must meet federal employment requirements:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- No use of marijuana, medicinal or recreational (per federal law for this facility)
- Pass a background screening
- No felony convictions (regardless of processing status)
- Competitive pay: $19.5/hr
