Press Brake Operator

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the daily operation of press brakes — setup, bending material to spec, basic maintenance, and keeping equipment clean and running safely.

• Daily operation of press brake from pre‑set programs with minor adjustments for material variations
• Basic setup and loading of tools
• Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly
• TRUMPF press brake experience is a plus

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment
• Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and precision
• Self‑motivated and responsive to production requirements
• Team player who puts the group’s success first
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• 2 years of fabrication experience preferred
• 2 years of CNC press brake operation preferred

• $20.00–$24.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay
• Monday – Friday 2:00pm–10:30pm (or 5:30am–2:00pm for 1st shift, 2:00pm–10:30pm for 2nd shift)
