Lead Industrial Painter - Onsite, Mesa;

Looking for body shop painting experience but also open to industrial painting experience. Mon to Thursday 4 10 schedule. Great benefits, overtime, and weekly pay.

• 5+ years of industrial spray painting experience.
• 3+ years of lead experience, including paint preparation and production.
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and the ability to manage projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to pass truck and crane certification with training upon hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental controls, and PPE requirements in industrial painting.

• Experience in a lead role, even if from a different skill set, is acceptable as long as painting skills are present.
• Ability to complete performance evaluations and conduct real‑time coaching conversations.
• Capable of training new hires.

Contract to Hire, fully onsite in Mesa, AZ. The position is a temporary role with possibilities for internal promotion.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $32.00 per hour.
