A leading electronics manufacturer in Mesa is looking to add an Electronics Assembler to their team. In this role, you'll perform precision soldering, assembly, and inspection of electronic components used in critical applications. You'll work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility alongside a small team in a primarily seated work environment where quality workmanship and attention to detail are highly valued.

This temporary project assignment is expected to last approximately six months and offers competitive pay based on experience, a consistent full-time schedule with built-in overtime opportunities, and the chance to expand your soldering and electronics manufacturing skills. Electronics Assembler

Job Duties:

• Perform through-hole, SMT, and jumper wire soldering using a soldering iron
• Assemble electronic components using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Inspect products under a microscope to ensure quality and workmanship standards
• Follow work instructions and documentation to meet J-STD-001 requirements
• Support quality inspections, documentation, and production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Mandatory overtime is built into the schedule

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Electronics Assembler Requirements:

• 1+ year of electronics assembly, soldering, or related manufacturing experience
• Experience performing precision hand soldering and microscope inspection
• Ability to pass a vision test and successfully complete J-STD certification training
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
