Manufacturing Engineer
This Manufacturing Engineer role supports the development and improvement of manufacturing systems for electro-mechanical assemblies and harness-based products used in aerospace and defense applications. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing engineering experience, a background in production environments, and the ability to lead process improvements and support new product introduction.

Job Type : full time, direct hire opportunity.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies and harness systems
- Support new product introduction including DFx, process flow, and production readiness activities
- Create and maintain work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and support engineering changes impacting manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with production, quality, test, purchasing, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and product quality
Schedule :
Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- Over a year of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in manufacturing environments supporting electro-mechanical assemblies or similar products
- Background in process improvement, production support, or new product introduction (NPI)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
