Machine Operator

This is a full-time, onsite position in Mesa, AZ offering a long-term career path, hands-on training, and advancement opportunities within a highly respected aerospace manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differential opportunities for off-shifts.

Machine Operator We're looking for candidates with experience operating, setting up, or troubleshooting equipment such as:

Tsugami Citizen Swiss Nomura Noki Swiss CNC MachinesCNC Lathes Other precision machining equipment

Preferred Qualifications Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Basic understanding of GD&TAbility to read blueprints and engineering drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Manufacturing experience (aerospace experience is a plus)
