2nd Shift Assembler

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
(Training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift)
OverviewHiring experienced assemblers for a fast‑paced manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, reading blueprints, quality inspections, and supporting production goals.
Responsibilities- Assemble components and subassemblies from drawings and work instructions
- Perform assembly line and production work
- Conduct quality checks and functional testing
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements
- Train and assist less experienced assemblers
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- 2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Assembly line experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Experience training or mentoring others
- Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
- Modern, air‑conditioned manufacturing facility
- Standing, walking, and assembly work throughout the shift

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.
