XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, AZ is hiring experienced TIG Welders to support production at our new advanced manufacturing facilities building next-generation HVAC and chiller systems powering North America.
The TIG Welder will perform high‑quality welds on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, read blueprints, and support production in a climate‑controlled indoor shop. Candidates must be able to work day or night shifts as needed, with safety and precision at the core.
