** Where you come in:
*** You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance.
* You will facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops, and Value Stream Mapping.
* You will improve manufacturing flow through line balancing, standardized work, pull systems, and WIP optimization.
* You will be a partner with production leadership to improve throughput, productivity, and capacity.
* You will implement lean manufacturing tools (i.e. standard work systems, visual management, Tier Daily Management)
* Coach teams on Lean tools, Problem Solving methodologies (PDCA, A3 Thinking), and Root Cause Analysis.
* Collaborate across EHSS, Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Process, Equipment & Industrial Engineering, and MES
* You will instill a mindset of Lean Manufacturing, respect for everybody and empower team members around you to continuously improve everyday
