Swiss CNC Lathe Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

Build Flight-Critical Hardware in Mesa Step onto a clean, climate-controlled production floor in Mesa, AZ and run precision turning equipment that feeds the aerospace industry. This is a full-time, onsite role with a clear path from contract-to-hire into a long-term career. You’ll receive hands-on training, dedicated mentorship, and opportunities to advance as you master complex Swiss and CNC lathe operations.

Compensation Pay range: $18.00–$38.00 per hour, based on experience. Off-shift roles may earn additional shift differential.

A Day in the Life You’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-precision equipment to produce tight-tolerance components. Your day might start by dialing in offsets on a Swiss machine, verifying critical features with micrometers and gauges, and collaborating with teammates to maintain quality and throughput.
