Hirebridge is seeking a Manufacturing Lead for our Mesa, AZ facility to oversee day-to-day production and mentor operators. The role requires hands-on work on the line to cover breaks, drive safety and quality, and report performance to the Supervisor/Manager.
You will lead training, coordinate scheduling, ensure SOP adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role with a four 10-hour day work week and Fridays off, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
