Production Associate - Machine Operator

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring the production of high-quality prosthetic feet and components. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow all safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures
• Operate various types of equipment, including meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipment
• Learn and understand the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials
• Handle and store materials properly to preserve quality and shelf life
• Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
• Prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals
  
  Accurately record data using computer applications or paper tracking system
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using computers for data entry, email, and web-based applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred, including safe operation of production equipment
