TIG Welder

JOB OVERVIEW:

Nescon is seeking a TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Mesa, AZ! This position will be responsible for welding parts using TIG and GMAW processes in a manufacturing setting.

• Fit and tack parts together within spec using fixtures and drawings with critical measurements.
• Inspect parts and perform quality check off's
• Finish parts with angle grinder and orbital sander
• Palletize parts and move to powder coat area
• Keep daily work log to track production time and components produced.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment during the day and clean up at the end of every workday.
• Note:
  
  forklift and overhead crane operation is needed but can be trained.

• 2 years prior work experience as a welder in a manufacturing setting required
• Proficient in TIG welding
• Proficient in MIG welding
• Able to work on your feet all day
• Must be able to fit and build components using drawings and various hand tools/measuring devices not just weld components together.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background for employment

• High School diploma or some vocational training preferred

Must be able to commute daily to Mesa, AZ. No relocation benefits provided.
