Metal Manufacturing Machine OperatorLocation: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Join a Leading Metal Manufacturing TeamWe are seeking experienced Metal Manufacturing Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. Our client produces high-quality metal components and materials used in the aerospace, automotive, and construction industries. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with a stable and reputable employer.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor metal manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
- Accurately measure materials and finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
- Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of metal manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a metal production environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and production documents preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
- Full-time, stable Monday-Friday schedule
