What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll work across various departments including:
- Assembly
- Brazing
- Crating & Packaging
- Expanding
- Hairpin Production
- Header Fabrication
- Testing
- Press Operations
- Additional manufacturing areas as needed
Every product that leaves our facility reflects the skill, dedication, and craftsmanship of our production team. You'll help ensure every component meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance.
Your Impact- Produce high-quality work while meeting production goals and efficiency standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset and immediately communicate concerns or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support daily production objectives.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and develop new manufacturing skills.
- Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to contribute every day.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, production equipment, or machinery.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise safety or quality concerns.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
While not required for every department, experience in any of the following areas is highly valued:
- Manufacturing machine operation (Press, CNC, Expander, or similar equipment)
- Copper-to-copper brazing or related fabrication processes
- Assembly and production line work
- Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
- Quality inspection and testing processes
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
- Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork and flexibility drive success

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
