What You'll Do
- Work across various departments including assembly, brazing, crating & packaging, expanding, hairpin production, header fabrication, testing, press operations, and additional manufacturing areas as needed.
- Produce high-quality work while meeting production goals and efficiency standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical documents.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Follow quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset and immediately communicate concerns or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support daily production objectives.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and develop new manufacturing skills.
- Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to contribute every day.
What Makes You Successful

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, production equipment, or machinery.

Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing machine operation (Press, CNC, Expander, or similar equipment)
- Copper-to-copper brazing or related fabrication processes
- Assembly and production line work
- Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
- Quality inspection and testing processes
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
- Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment where teamwork and flexibility drive success

You'll work with a variety of industry-leading equipment, including welders, press brakes, benders, expanders, overhead cranes, testing equipment, and fabrication tools.
- Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required throughout the production floor.

This is a permanent position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 – $45760.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
