Project Manager, Operations Management, Quality Engineering

Foresight Technologies, a precision manufacturing leader in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Project Manager to own complex CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly projects. You will plan and lead schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinate closely with engineering, production, and quality; and serve as the primary contact for customers in semiconductor, aerospace, and other high-tech sectors. In this role, you'll drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement while solving technical challenges and supporting a hands-on, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of precision manufacturing projects from scope through delivery
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets across machining, fabrication, and assembly teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Interface with engineering, production, quality, and customers to define requirements and resolve issues
• Monitor quality, throughput, and cost performance; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Prepare status reports and lead project review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in all project activities
• Support process optimization initiatives using data, root-cause analysis, and lean methods
• Manage change orders, documentation, and configuration control for complex builds
• Mentor team members in project management best practices and effective communication
