Dexcom is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and is seeking a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt leader for the Logistics Excellence team in Mesa, AZ. You will drive process improvements across receiving, inventory, pick/pack/ship, and transportation to ensure world-class service and cost efficiency.
You will apply DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, Kanban, and mistake-proofing to reduce variation and cost, partnering with cross-functional teams. Travel 15-25% is required.
