Job Summary
JX Advanced Metals USA is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and support daily manufacturing activities in a safe and efficient manner.

What You'll Do- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain production rates while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identify and report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
- Accurately complete production records and documentation.
- Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in training as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

- 1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities available
- Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Regularly use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
- Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures.
