We are seeking skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fitting. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed with precision and quality. The Welder/Fitter will work with various materials and tools, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of components. Looking for hard-working, motivated, team player individuals to fill full-time day shift AND night shift positions.

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
• Mig and Dual Shield Experience.
• 3+ years verifiable experience working with structural steel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possess math skills necessary to accomplish day to day shop calculations.
• Able to lift material and tools necessary to fabricate structural components (50-75 pounds consistently).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Applicants must be able to arrive at work on time or early.
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe work boots WITH metatarsal guards and other required PPE (safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs in shop, gloves, etc).
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, lift, stoop, twist and bend.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to communicate and take instructions effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
