Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with shift teammates and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is a plus (willing to train motivated individuals!).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift standing or moving for extended periods.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.50 - $19.50 Per Hour
