The Opportunity As a Central Operations Manufacturing Technician, you’ll start your journey on our second shift, rotating across the stations that make everything before and after machining run flawlessly. This is an entry‑level role with robust on‑the‑job training—your curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than prior industry experience.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm–12:00 amA Day in the Life From clock‑in to close, you’ll help keep production flowing:

Material Preparation:
Receive and record incoming metal stock, cut material to length on an automated bandsaw, and verify dimensions using basic metrology tools.

Tool Crib:
Assemble and break down cutting tools, use tool presetters, and confirm angles and offsets for accuracy.

Part Marking:
Apply serials and IDs using laser, epoxy, and ink methods to ensure traceability.

Shipping & Receiving:
Pack and dispatch parts; visually inspect items returning from outside processing.

Rework:
Perform careful, hands‑on adjustments so finished pieces meet customer specifications.

What You’ll Bring Drive to master precision inspection methods and follow structured training.

Comfort with repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks while seated or standing for extended periods.

Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

Familiarity with hand and pneumatic tools (preferred).Exceptional attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset.

Clear communication and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
