Amm Loading Machine Operator tobebasedin our Mesa, AZ facility.
The Operator position will be responsible for maintaining the machine output levels while performing quality checks.
Thepositionresponsibilitiesconsistofmachineoperations,parts preparation,loading of components, parts inspections, maintenance, and quality inspections.
- FollowallsafetyandHESSpolicies.
- Mustbeabletoreadandfollowwrittenandverbalinstructions.
- Musthavestrongworkingknowledgeofbasiccomputerprogramsanddataentryskills.
- Musthavestrongmathematicalskills(demonstrateatinterview).
- Willbeexpectedtooperateandmaintaincurrentmachineoutputlevels.
- Maintainextensivedailylogsandperformancecharts.
- Accuratelyidentifyincomingmaterialandoutgoingproduct.
- Knowledgeofdefectsandabilitytoseethemforadjustingthemachineandtroubleshooting
- Abilitytouseascaleandcalipersaccuratelyandcorrectly,(demonstrateatinterview)
- Usingthe5SPrincipals,mustmaintainacleanandorganized department. Do daily, weekly, and monthly PMs on machines and repairs as needed.
- Beingabletoworkwithsupplychaintogetneededpartsaswellasbeingateam player.

- High Schooldiplomaor General Education Diploma (GED) required
- Musthavebasicindustrialmaintenanceknowledgewillbetestedatinterview
- Abilitytoaccuratelyreadandinterpretdocumentssuchassafetyrules,operating instructions, maintenance check sheets, and procedure manuals.
- Abilitytoworkwithandlearnfromcoworkersinalldepartmentsfortrainingandcrosstraining as required.
- Experiencerunningindustrialmachineryinafactorysettingisamust.
Operatingammoloading equipment is preferred. - Theabilitytoworkindependentlyorinagroupisnecessary.
Managementexperienceisaplus.
