Foutz Motorsports, an industry leader in off‑road component manufacturing, has an immediate opening for Director of Sales and Marketing . Join the growing team and lead both the sales team, direct marketing efforts and manage the marketing support team. The position is a working director role who would be immersed in the day‑to‑day functions and communicate directly with end consumers and dealers along with the oversite of the rest of the sales and marketing team and daily oversite of the service and installs.
This position has a heavy emphasis on sales and sales management for growth of the direct to consumer sales and to our B2B dealer network. Our team also services customer vehicles and we install the products we sell and this role would manage the full cycle of vehicle builds and services on customer vehicles directly. The right candidate will have the ability to drive growth and achieve goals for the team and company as a whole.
The role reports directly to the ownership team so you wouldn’t have to deal with big company politics to get things done. We operate lean and efficiently, so things move quickly and we constantly drive improvement and growth as a company philosophy. Prior off‑road truck and or automotive aftermarket industry experience is required for this position. Take charge of your future and join our dynamic growing team.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage internal sales team and work directly with customers and dealers to execute daily business needs including tracking and management of customer installs and shop services performed on customer vehicles.
- Daily direct customer interaction via phone, chat, email to coordinate completion of sales and writing orders for direct to consumer sales and to our B2B dealer network.
- Drive and measure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for sales and growth
- Manage and handle all aspects of the company marketing efforts including managing the team to support the websites, directly managing Google marketing, social media accounts and direct marketing with META and other avenues.
- Track sales efforts against goals and actual results to measure success and ensure that the company reaches desired targets for gross revenue and profitability.
- Establish marketing directives and maintain a proactive marketing strategy including planning out advertisements and other marketing events.
- Develop and maintain jobber / dealer accounts to drive sales growth with the company.
- Must be a Self‑starter and hard worker to meet deadlines.
- Must have the skill with managing a small team and driving success with positive approach and feedback
- Ability to define and establish goals and success metrics to be followed by the sales and marketing team
- Knowledge of Shopify websites and Social Media account functions
- Knowledge of Social Media advertisement and marketing related functions
- Knowledge of Google ads, Google analytics, Google merchant center
- Must be computer savvy and be able to use Quick Books, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above own interests
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the off‑road and or truck / automotive industry doing sales and marketing
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a sales and marketing team
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing the service and install for customer vehicles in a similar shop environment for suspension, wiring, and other off‑road type work.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years managing Google and social media marketing accounts and advertisement management
- Must be detail oriented and able to pay close attention to details
- Must be able to communicate clearly with team members and develop achievable goals and milestones that are reachable with reasonable efforts.

- Hours are normally 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays. Job will require some weekend hours depending on show or outside event schedules as needed.
- Job is full time on location at our main facility in Mesa Arizona. This is not a remote position.
