Sun Valley Community Church is seeking a Next Steps Director to lead and manage the Next Steps program, connecting individuals to ministry environments. This role involves overseeing guest service experiences during events and weekends, while also recruiting and developing staff and volunteer teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate spiritual maturity and leadership skills, with a strong background in ministry. Preference is given to candidates with multi-site church experience and a commitment to SVCC's mission and values.
