Volunteer Position Overview
We are seeking volunteers for the FHIG Conference, a one‑day event that supports youth who have aged out of foster care and individuals with lived experience. Volunteers will assist with various duties before, during, and after the conference.
Schedule and Responsibilities- 8:00 – 10:00 am:
Registration and check‑in, resource table set‑up, breakfast set‑up and clean‑up, greeting - 10:00 – 1:00 pm:
Assist caterers with lunch set‑up and clean‑up, general assistance - 1:00 – 5:00 pm:
General assistance - 3:00 – 5:00 pm:
Conference clean‑up, resource table take‑down
Tuesday, Aug. 11, 8 am – 5 pm.
