Executive Director of Ministries

At Echoes Church, we believe healthy people build a healthy church, and a healthy church can transform a community. We're looking for an exceptional Executive Director of Ministries to help cultivate that vision.

This is more than an executive leadership position. It's an opportunity to help build a church that is deeply rooted in Scripture, led by the Holy Spirit, and committed to helping people echo the life of Jesus in their everyday lives.

As the Executive Director of Ministries, you'll provide strategic and pastoral leadership across adult discipleship, care ministries, pastoral development, and our local and global partnerships. You'll invest in both people and leaders, creating clear pathways for spiritual growth while equipping pastors and ministry leaders to flourish in their calling.

You’ll join a fast-growing, fast-paced, less than two years old church, averaging more than 3,000 people every Sunday in a portable environment. God has been moving in extraordinary ways, and we're prayerfully preparing for our first permanent home while remaining committed to building a healthy church that makes a lasting impact for generations to come.
