** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings

+ Conduct patient assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans

+ Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams

+ Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes

+ Support patients through stabilization, treatment, and recovery planning

** Qualifications*
* + Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

+ Ability to work a fixed day or night shift

+ Interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox nursing

+ Open to both experienced RNs and recent graduates

** Compensation and Shift Differentials*
* + Base pay: $42-$50 per hour, depending on experience

+ Weeknight differential: 10%

+ Weekend day differential: 15%

+ Weekend night differential: 30%

+ Effective hourly rates can reach up to $65 per hour with differentials
