Registered Nurse RN - Nights

Starlite Recovery Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. With over 67 years of experience treating individuals with Substance Use Disorder, we are located in the Hill Country southeast of Kerrville, and approximately 30 minutes northwest of Boerne, Texas.

• Night Shift 6 pm – 6 am
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday

• Supervise detoxification of clients admitted
• Manage medications and address medical concerns
• Implement and manage infection control policies & procedures
• Supervise client activities and maintain program schedule, therapeutic community function, and accurate medication room processes
• Ensure physician orders are legible, transcribed appropriately, and followed
• Continuously assess patient status, document pertinent information, and notify physicians of significant changes
• Develop nursing treatment plans specific to assessed needs; complete initial plan upon admission

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Willingness to train new graduates
• Psychiatric experience is a plus
