:  shift: 7:00 am-5:30 pm 7am-530pm, 40 hrs per week/30 hrs gtd-banner may cancel one shift per week for low c description: this order has aweekends, holidays and call requirement.az residents are not eligible for assignments in any arizona facility!banner has a specific coverpage.
