License:
Active state license to practice
Certifications:
ACLS, PALS, BLS from approved vendors
Must-Have:
- No hits on state license to practice
- Driver's license for residency verification
- Vaccination status
Description:
Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of Operating Room experience.
Candidates should have recent experience within the last 12 months.
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
Candidates must have no violations on their state license to practice.
RTO cannot exceed 7 days, with no RTO during the first week of assignment.
Candidates should include vaccination status in their submission notes.
Flu vaccination is required.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
Candidates must complete all required documentation as part of the submission.
Candidates must demonstrate flexibility regarding locations, shifts, and departments.
This role includes holiday, call, and float requirements per department guidelines.
All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
Immediate communication is required if a candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.
