As an
** Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse
** you will be working directly with our patients when they come in the office with coordination of care by helping process phone messages, doing patient outreach, providing education to patients, preforming procedures within skill set, closing care gaps, and doing outreach for ER follow-ups. You will get a chance to help shape many lives by providing care to our patients, and also help improve lives in the East Mesa community with many of our events and sponsor ships.

Duties may include performing wellness exams, helping with nurse visits such as injections, blood pressures etc. RN will be doing reach out calls for ED discharged patients, high utilizers of the ED, messages from providers to help coordinate additional care for patients, check in phone calls.
