Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-supported, collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional critical care.
Role Responsibilities- Provide cross-coverage call support
- Manage clinical care and round on patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Current ACNP certification
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience encouraged to apply
- Full-Time position
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekend rotations (block schedule)
- Night Differential: $216 per night shift (approximately $31,204 annually)

- 401K Plan with 4% match after one year
- CME days plus allowance
