Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing cardiology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced cardiology team in a patient-centered, high-quality clinical environment.

• Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
• Manage follow-up and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician collaboration
• Review diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory results
• Educate patients regarding cardiovascular health and preventive care
• Document accurately within the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and referring providers to ensure continuity of care

• Active Arizona NP license
• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP preferred)
• Cardiology experience preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• EMR proficiency required
