• Provide collaborative neonatal care alongside neonatologists across NICU and delivery service coverage.
• Work evening shifts in Level III–IV NICUs alongside a neonatologist.
• Support Level II units with 24/7 coverage through in‑house NNPs, with neonatologist daily rounds and emergency availability.
• Care for infants in the NICU, coordinating with the neonatology team for clinical continuity.
• Participate in shared responsibility for attendance at deliveries with neonatologists.
• No transport duties.

Required

• Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (NNP only) —

• Ability to work a schedule that may include a combination of 12‑and 24‑hour shifts

This is a full‑time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) opportunity with a dedicated neonatology program in the greater Phoenix area. Coverage includes multiple Level III–IV NICUs affiliated with high‑risk delivery services, along with additional special care nurseries across Arizona—working in close collaboration with a team of neonatologists and NNPs.
