Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)

- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with strong bedside manner
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of primary care or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to care
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
- Commitment to providing high-quality, community-focused healthcare
