We are seeking an enthusiastic LPN to join our Resident Services team at Silver Creek Inn memory care. New nursing grads are welcome to apply.

Part‑time opportunity.

Earn between $30 and $33 per hour, depending on experience.

Multiple shifts available: PRN, 2 required shifts per month, 8‑hour shifts including weekends.

Who You Are

You are a licensed healthcare professional with a passion behind your practice. You provide nursing care to residents safely, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting‑edge EHR system to save nurses time.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform non‑invasive resident treatments
  • Perform medication administration and assistance
  • Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document the nursing process through charting by exception
  • Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Arizona
  • Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
  • Must pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
  • Must obtain CPR/First‑Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
