RN - NICU

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in a NICU setting

Monitor, assess, and manage neonatal patients, including ventilator and critical care support

Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications and treatments per NICU protocols

Educate and support families throughout the care process

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards

Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)

Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience (Required)

BLS/NICU-related certifications may be required per facility

Strong critical thinking, communication, and neonatal care skills

Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket
