Our care team includes Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Surgeons, Nutritionists, Case Management, Social Services, PT/OT, Pharmacists, and Child-Life Specialists. The
** PICU Associate Director
** provides leadership and operational oversight for nursing services, ensures safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. In this role you will support our Pediatric General and PICU departments as needed. You will have a part in strategic initiatives, managing staffing and resource allocation, promoting compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering professional development within the nursing team. In this role you will collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to drive performance improvement, enhance patient outcomes, and maintain a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.

Full-time Days, Monday through Friday and includes an on-call rotation with the other Associate Directors. Attendance at meetings and connecting with night staff may require a shift in schedule times.
