Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission‑driven team in Mesa, AZ.

• Pay rate: $42.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Provide patient‑centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings
• Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization
• Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts with scheduling flexibility
• Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills
• Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health
