About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission‑driven team in Mesa, AZ.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are adaptable, clinically strong, and passionate about behavioral health, working with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges in both inpatient and crisis stabilization settings.

Compensation & Benefits- Pay rate: $42.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
- $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus

- Provide patient‑centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings
- Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts with scheduling flexibility
- Strong communication, assessment, and de‑escalation skills
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health
